Biggest commercial deal on 3rd march! |

| Country’s biggest commercial deal is going to happen in Noida on March 3. Earlier, similar interesting deal for 2790 crore happened in November 2007 in Banda Kurla Complex of Mumbai. That commercial property was bought by Mukesh Ambani from Reliance Group of Company. This time also similar interesting deal is going to happen in Noida on 3rd march. This will be country’s biggest deal. Difference is only that 6 acre Mumbai land was sold for Rs. 2790 crores but it’s Rs. 2961 crore as the reserve price of the 95 acre commercial land of the prime location of Noida. Estimated cost of this land is Rs. 77 thousand per meter square.
This prime location is near Amity flyover along the road passing from Noida to Greater Noida or Agra in hi-tech city, Noida. Discussions are going for irs price. It was a hot issue while fixing a price tag of 77 thousand per meter square to this land. Prime location of Mumbai and Delhi are also considered during fixing its cost. Authority has allowed taking part in this deal. Interested companies can participate by filling a form of Rs. 5,000. Some technical and financial parameters have to be passed to get the land.
The land will be very profitable according to real Estate experts. Famous Real Estate business persons are expected to take part in this deal as deduced by its prime location between Noida and Greater Noida. DLF, Reliance, JP group, Omex, and Unitech are expected companies coming forward for the deal.
